License Laws

Any club who wants to sell or consume alcohol on their premises must apply for a liquor license to meet the requirements of their state. The license controls how alcohol is sold and distributed to members and their guests based on legislation known as Liquour Licensing Acts. The Acts may vary for each State/Territory so your club needs to refer to the appropriate guidelines.

Find your State/Territory and click on the link to open a new page to take you to Liquor Licensing guidelines and requirements. Your Good Sports Program Officer will be able to assist you in case you have questions.
