Sutherland Sharks win 2012 Waratah Cup Final
Good Sports’ level 2 accredited club Sutherland Sharks have won soccer’s 2012 Waratah Cup title.
The Sharks beat APIA-Leichhard Tigers at Cromer Park in Sydney.
Sporting commenters said the Sharks played with their foot on the accelerator from the opening exchanges and that they gave the Tigers very little in a dominant display that saw Robbie Stanton’s men score four goals in the 4-1 win.
Chris Price and Matt Bailey each scored for Sutherland in the opening half.
