Consistent alcohol management across Balmain Juniors
Balmain District Junior Rugby League, under the direction of NSW Rugby League, organised all 11 clubs to attend a Good Sports accreditation meeting last month to maintain consistency of alcohol management across all clubs.
At the meeting, five Dock RSL achieved level 2 accreditation and Leichhardt Juniors became the first club to reach level 3.
Three of those clubs are almost near completion of their level 1 accreditation.
The purpose of having all Balmain District Junior Rugby League clubs accredited is to set a benchmark for other clubs and to ensure similar alcohol management across all clubs.
